I love it how this enormous and seemly immovable object appears so out of place in its surroundings. The scene looks impossible and I like the image without the explanation that goes with it. Nature Fights Back

Some of my inspiration is taken from images that I come across on the internet. I know very little about the scene shown here but what drew me to this photo is that it demonstrates the power with which nature can reassert itself on our otherwise sheltered and safe existence.

Surprise

I am, quite simply, planning a surprise. It might look a bit like a sculpture when it’s ready but, mainly, it will be something unexpected and something that will hopefully make you smile. I will use this blog to post images that I find useful in this planning stage. They probably won’t make much sense to you until you visit the Broomhill show but I think they are nice to look at.
